Since gaining her first class B.A. (3D design, ceramics & sculpture) in 2002, Amy has produced hand-made porcelain lamps in a vareity of striking and unique designs. Inspiration is drawn from nature, particularly the marine environment but aldo from the minute world - a world normally only glimspsed through microscopes.
Each piece is slip cast, then altered and decorated by hand before being glazed to produce intriguing surface textures
